Rigman Safety Ltd is subject to the United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) as a UK-registered entity. The UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, UAE PDPL) applies to personal data collected from individuals in the UAE.

Through the RFQ form, we collect:
- Company name
- Your name and job title
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Country
- Product interests
- Estimated quantity and project type
- Message content
Through the contact form, we collect:
- Your name
- Email address
- Subject and message content
Through website analytics (Umami), we collect:
- Page views and navigation paths
- Country of access (derived from IP — IP itself is not stored)
- Browser type and operating system
Umami analytics is cookieless by design. No cookie consent banner is required.

We do not use your data for marketing without separate consent. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties other than the email delivery provider (Resend) used to route notification emails.

UAE PDPL additionally provides the right to be notified in the event of a data breach that affects your personal data. Rigman Safety will notify affected individuals within 72 hours of discovering a breach.
